Developers, designers, testers, product owners and educational engineers work together to ensure that the content is designed to be accessible to all types of media and all learners, including those with disabilities.
We have implemented concrete actions to meet web standards. To improve the experience on our site, we strive to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and use the Accessible Rich Internet Applications (ARIA) specification on the website.
Specifically, each feature is developed with the utmost care to comply with accessibility rules. We test the compatibility of our website with several accessibility tools to ensure that the site is usable by the visually impaired and blind. The structuring of the pages is also regularly reworked. The aim is to improve their navigation and make them more accessible. In addition, the pages are designed to allow keyboard navigation (in case of immobility of one hand or temporary incapacity). Our video content is systematically supplemented by subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing. For Kokoroe, accessibility also means being within everyone’s reach, whatever their level of computer literacy. Therefore, we regularly conduct user tests to ensure that our products are as easy and convenient to use as possible, even for less experienced users.
